Driver Improvement (DIP) is a six hour class
designed by the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to educate
drivers on the rules of the road and the effects of drugs and
alcohol. The letter received by the client from the MVA or a
driving record must be brought to the class to receive your
completion certificate. This class is offered in both Spanish (SP),
and English (ENG). Upon completion of the course, each participant
will be given a receipt of completion and your attendance will be
sent electronically to the MVA.

Point System Conference
Point System Conference (PSC) is a two hour
class designed by the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to educate

This is the 3 hour Drug and alcohol class
designed by the Motor Vehicle Administration and is a requirement
for individuals that are seeking a Maryland Drivers license. Each
person attending must bring the license issued by the country in
which they formerly resided and a passport.
